    DrinkPrime subscription plans start from ₹349 per month, depending on the model and usage plan. Options include Solo, Couple, Family, and Unlimited plans.

    Yes, DrinkPrime requires a refundable security deposit of ₹1,500. The deposit is returned after cancellation, subject to terms and device handover.

  3. Does DrinkPrime have hidden charges?

    No, DrinkPrime does not have hidden charges. The monthly fee includes free installation, maintenance, and filter replacements. A refundable deposit of ₹1,500 will apply.

  4. What is the minimum lock-in period?

    The minimum lock-in period for all DrinkPrime plans is 3 months. Cancelling within this period may result in a ₹1,500 fee from your deposit.

    Yes, you can cancel your DrinkPrime subscription anytime. However, if you cancel within the 3-month lock-in period, a ₹1,500 fee will apply.

    Yes, a ₹1,500 cancellation fee applies if you cancel during the lock-in period. You can also try the service with a 7-day trial and cancel within this period for a full refund.

  7. How long does refunds take?

    Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after device pickup and verification. Refund timelines may vary based on the cancellation scenario.

  8. How quickly the unit is picked up after cancellation?

    The DrinkPrime unit is usually picked up within 24–48 hours after a cancellation request is raised.

  9. What happens if I cancel before tenure ends?

    If you cancel your DrinkPrime subscription before completing the lock-in period, your refund will be calculated based on the following conditions:

    1.Security Deposit Refund

    • The ₹1500 security deposit is only refundable after the lock-in period is completed
    • If you cancel before the lock-in period, the deposit will not be refunded or may have cancellation charges deducted.

    2. Refund on Subscription Payment

    • Within 7 days of recharge: You will receive a full refund for that billing cycle.
    • After 7 days of recharge: The current month’s charges are non-refundable. Example: If you paid for 6 months and cancel after 7 days, you’ll get a refund for the remaining 5 months only

    3. Long-Term Plan Cancellation

    • If you cancel a long-term plan early, the billing will be recalculated based on the standard monthly plan rate (instead of the discounted plan).

    DrinkPrime offers relocation support if you are moving to a city where the service is available. This allows you to transfer your water purifier to your new address at no additional cost as part of your subscription.

    • Raise a relocation request through the app
    • Schedule a technician visit
    • The device is uninstalled and reinstalled at your new location

    No, DrinkPrime does not increase prices after installation. The subscription pricing remains fixed as per your selected plan.
