General Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: The Contest is open to every individual above the age of 18 years. Participation is only available to registered users of the DrinkPrime App. Employees of DrinkPrime are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
• The contestant shall accept and abide by DrinkPrime Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
• The amount of the award as mentioned is subject to change at the sole discretion of DrinkPrime.
• DrinkPrime reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time and further withdraw the entire Contest without prior notice to the customers/contestants. DrinkPrime’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
• Taxes and statutory levies as applicable to the winnings shall be borne by the contestants themselves.
• This Contest is not to be clubbed with any of the other existing schemes. No other person except the contestant selected by DrinkPrime will be allowed to claim the winnings.
• DrinkPrime shall not be liable for delay in delivery of the winnings amount or waiver of the winnings for any reason whatsoever. DrinkPrime hereby disclaims all liabilities arising out of these terms and conditions.
• The decision of DrinkPrime in relation to the gift/winning and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the contestant.
• All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Platform or Contest, the Terms or any transactions entered into on or through the Platform or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
