Our support lines are open. We will attempt to solve as many issues as possible over the call. If any issue needs a technician visit, we will take down the issue. However, we can send a technician only after the curfew is lifted.

As COVID-19 becomes a matter of global concern, we’re taking some proactive measures to help minimize the chances of the spread of the coronavirus. The safety of our subscribers, service engineers, delivery partners, and our employees has always been a matter of top priority for us.


How are we maintaining your trust and safety while Corona outbreak:

We are continuously educating our service engineers, delivery partners and our employees on the best practices of personal hygiene, proper method, and frequency of handwashing/sanitizing as well as what to do in case they have any symptoms related to COVID-19 and keeping them posted with latest health guidelines to be followed and issued by the Ministry of Health & Family Affairs to keep them updated on the situation.

Helping Our Service Engineers and Delivery Partners

Our service engineers and delivery partners have been provided the proper amount of sanitizers and mask to ensure the stoppage of any kind of transmission. They have been told to maintain the required gap while making any communication with our customers.

We have asked our service engineers to self-quarantine or reach out for medical assistance immediately if they have any symptoms. We as an authority also closely monitor the health condition of our service engineers.

Existing DrinkPrime Users

As this is an emergency, we are currently operating with reduced staffing. We request you to hold your general maintenances, inconveniences and other non-emergency support till the situation improve.

New DrinkPrime Users

If you are a new customer and looking to install a DrinkPrime at your place, although we will try our best to reach you this situation may cause a delay. We would request you to keep patience and be with us in this hard time. We are overwhelmed by the new requests, and working our best in the current conditions to support your request.

Where We Would Like Your Mandatory Help:

We urge you in case if anyone is feeling unwell or prefers so at your home, please do not schedule any service or ask our service engineers to come for the service, this can cause transmission and may put them in harm state.

If our service engineer goes to your home to provide service and you notice him displaying flu-like symptoms*, please report it to our team immediately, you can reach out to DrinkPrime emergency care via phoning in or drop an email at support@drinkprime.in.

In the meantime, please maintain distance with him and cover your face with a mask and refer to the official WHO advisory on how to avoid catching or spreading COVID-19. You can also check the official immediate assistance please reach out to the Govt. helpline number +91-11-23978046.
