The greater the number, the higher the amount of dissolved constituents your water contains. But there&#8217;s a catch here; it will not supply your body with any essential minerals because of its very low dissolved solids content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the WHO (World Health Organization) suggest the optimum of TDS should be between 50 to 150 ppm.
